How do I create a WebVibo account?
Head to our sign-up page, choose a plan, and enter your details. Your hosting provisions within a few minutes, and you can start your 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
How do I log in to the User Portal?
Sign in at my.webvibo.com. The User Portal is where you manage your sites and environments, billing, staging, backups, and support tickets — all in one place.
How do I get WordPress installed?
You don't have to. When you create a site in the User Portal, WordPress is provisioned automatically with production and staging environments — no installer or control panel to configure.
What is included in every plan?
Every WebVibo plan includes server-level LiteSpeed caching, a global CDN, free SSL, automatic daily backups, one-click staging, and 24/7 expert support — no paid add-ons for the essentials.
Performance
Speed up your site with caching, the CDN, image optimization, and modern PHP.
Is LiteSpeed Cache already enabled?
Yes. Server-level LiteSpeed caching is on by default on every plan — cached pages are served before WordPress even loads, so there is nothing to configure.
How do I clear my cache?
Clear the cache from your site in the User Portal, or choose Purge All in the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. It also clears automatically whenever you publish or update content.
How do I turn on the CDN?
The global CDN is included and can be toggled on from your dashboard. Once active, your static assets are served from the edge location nearest each visitor.
Which PHP version should I run?
Use PHP 8.1 or 8.2 for the best speed and compatibility — sites on PHP 8 run 2–3× faster than 7.4. You can switch versions in one click; see WordPress hosting PHP.
How can I improve my PageSpeed score?
Enable image optimization and CSS/JS minification in LiteSpeed, run PHP 8.1+, keep plugins lean, and use a lightweight theme. The CDN and server-level cache handle most of the rest automatically.
Security
SSL, firewalls, malware scanning, and keeping your site protected.
Is an SSL certificate included?
Yes — a free Let's Encrypt SSL certificate is auto-provisioned on your domain and renews automatically every 90 days, with HTTPS redirects handled for you.
How does WebVibo protect my site?
Every plan includes a server-level web application firewall, malware scanning, DDoS protection, and automatic updates. Learn more on WordPress hosting security.
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Add 2FA to WordPress with a plugin such as Wordfence Login Security or WP 2FA, and enable it on your WebVibo account in the User Portal under security settings.
My site was flagged for malware — what now?
Open a support ticket from your dashboard. Our team scans and cleans infections at the server level, usually the same day, and helps close the entry point so it does not recur.
Domains & DNS
Connect domains, manage DNS, set up subdomains, and handle email.
How do I connect a domain I already own?
Add the domain to your site's production environment in the User Portal, then point your registrar's DNS (the A/CNAME records, or nameservers) to the values shown. Changes take effect after propagation and SSL is issued automatically.
How long does DNS propagation take?
Typically 24 to 48 hours worldwide, though it is often much faster. Time any nameserver change for a low-traffic window to minimize impact.
Does WebVibo host email?
No — WebVibo is a managed WordPress platform focused purely on hosting, so we don't run email mailboxes. Use a dedicated provider such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and point your domain's MX records; you'll get far better deliverability that way.
Can I get a free domain?
Yes — annual plans include a free domain for the first year. See WordPress hosting with a free domain.
How do I add a subdomain?
Add the subdomain to your site in the User Portal and point its DNS record. SSL is issued for it automatically.
Sites & Environments
Add sites, work across production and staging, and take new sites live.
How do I add a new site?
In the User Portal, click Add Site. WordPress is provisioned automatically with production and staging environments — there is no separate installer to run.
What are production and staging environments?
Every site has a live production environment and a one-click staging copy. Build and test changes on staging, then push to production when everything checks out — see managed hosting & staging.
How do I take a new site live?
Add your domain to the site's production environment in the User Portal and point its DNS to the values shown. We issue and force SSL automatically once DNS resolves — no downtime while you switch over.
Can I host multiple sites on one account?
Yes — host up to your plan's site limit, each with its own production and staging environments, all managed from a single User Portal.
Backups & Restore
Automatic backups, one-click restores, and manual snapshots.
How often are backups taken?
Automatic daily backups are included on every plan, with hourly and real-time options on higher tiers. Copies are stored off-server so they survive any issue on the site.
How do I restore a backup?
Open Backups in the User Portal, choose a restore point, and click restore. Most restores complete in minutes with no manual database work.
Can I take a manual backup before making changes?
Yes — click Backup now before a big update or edit. It is the safest way to give yourself an instant rollback point.
Can I download a copy of my backup?
You can download off-server backup archives from the Backups panel to keep your own local copy whenever you like.
Developer Tools
SSH, WP-CLI, staging, and Git deployment workflows.
How do I get SSH access?
Generate an SSH key and add the public key in the User Portal, then connect over SSH. From there you have full command-line access to your environment.
Can I use WP-CLI?
Yes — WP-CLI is preinstalled. SSH into your site and run wp commands to manage plugins, users, the database, and more.
How do I create a staging site?
Use one-click staging from your dashboard to clone your live site, test changes safely, then push to production. See managed hosting & staging.
How do I deploy with Git?
Add a repository and a deploy hook, then push to deploy automatically. Full details are on WordPress hosting with Git.
Billing & Account
Manage your plan, payment methods, invoices, and cancellations.
Where do I manage billing?
Everything lives in the User Portal at my.webvibo.com — update payment methods, download invoices, and change your plan.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Change your plan from the dashboard at any time. Upgrades apply instantly and billing is prorated, so you only pay for what you use.
What is your refund policy?
Every plan is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If WebVibo is not the right fit, contact us within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, so you can test performance before committing to a plan.
Migrations
Move your existing WordPress site to WebVibo with zero downtime.
Do you migrate my site for free?
Yes — free, white-glove migration with zero downtime. Our team transfers your files, database, and configuration and tests everything before switching over.
How long does a migration take?
Small sites under 1GB usually complete in under two hours. Large WooCommerce stores with complex databases can take up to 24 hours.
Will my site go down during the migration?
No. We migrate and fully test your site on our servers first, then update DNS only once it is confirmed working — so visitors never hit a broken page.
How do I request a migration?
Submit a migration request from the User Portal (or contact support) with your current host login details, and we handle the rest.
