Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any WebVibo service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Our Services

WebVibo provides managed WordPress hosting services including, but not limited to:

• Web hosting and server infrastructure
• Domain management and DNS services
• SSL certificate provisioning
• Automated backups and site restoration
• Performance optimization and caching
• Technical support and site migrations

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by any users you grant access to.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Host content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use excessive server resources that negatively impact other customers
• Resell our services without a valid reseller agreement
• Host content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

Payment & Billing

Hosting plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at signup. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our 30-day money-back guarantee for new accounts. We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.

Uptime & SLA

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for hosting infrastructure, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. If we fail to meet this guarantee in any calendar month, you may request a service credit equal to 5% of your monthly fee for each 0.1% below the guarantee, up to a maximum of 50% of your monthly fee.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our servers. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and deliver your content as necessary to provide our services. We do not access, review, or share your content except as required to provide support you request, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebVibo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
